Stress Detox
By the time I met Kat, I was very stressed, getting angry really quickly and easily, and I also had problems to calm down. As Kat has told me, in every session I experienced new feelings. Sometimes I felt as if there were flowing waves inside my body. Sometimes I even felt like a part of my body went up and another part pushed down. I fall asleep, then I could suddenly wake up. After every session I felt so calm, that even when I walked through the crowded, noisy streets of Hong Kong, I felt as if there is no worry, as if there was relaxed space surrounding me and I was very, very calm.
In between the five first sessions, my emotions went up and down. I used bath with the Epsom salt, which helped a bit. I think after sixth or seventh session, I became more relaxed, and even if there were any fights or stressed situations I calmed down really quickly.
Later when I was away from Hong Kong, she started to work on me from a distance. And now every time I feel I am getting anxious or disappointed, I contact Kat and she works on my energy. I am looking forward to meet her again.
