You may sit up as we explore subconscious patterns or emotions, or lie down comfortably after discussing your needs, allowing the practitioner to clear energy blockages. You might experience sensations like tingling, warmth, or see colors or images, all of which are normal signs of energy shifting and clearing.

Can energy healing be done remotely?

Are there any side effects?

Most people experience no side effects, but some report temporary emotional releases, fatigue, or mild discomfort as energy shifts. Feeling tired or having emotions come up after a session is very normal, as this may indicate energy or emotional blockages leaving the body. 

Why do I feel worse after energy healing?

Feeling worse after energy healing, sometimes called a healing crisis, is common for some people and can happen when clearing negative energy. 

  • Stored emotions or energy are released: Suppressed emotions or stress may surface, causing temporary emotional discomfort, irritability, or sadness.
  • Energy rebalancing: Shifting your energy field can feel unsettling as your system adjusts, especially if you’re new to energy work.
What can I do if I feel uncomfortable after energy healing?

If you feel uncomfortable after energy healing, such as feeling tired, emotional, or physically uneasy, try these methods to restore balance:

  • Salt Bath: Add 1–2 cups of Epsom salt, sea salt, or table salt to a warm bath. Soak for 15–20 minutes. Salt helps remove negative emotions.
  • Walk in Nature: Being in nature helps us release negative energy.  Nature absorbs our negative energy and gives us loving energy in return.
  • Barefoot Grounding: Walk or stand barefoot on grass, soil, or sand helps to ground our energy when we experience emotional imbalances.
